Mildred Rosetta Dinkins and Celerstine Nathaniel Matheny in Osceola, Florida

I am looking for information on Mildred Rosetta Dinkins who married Celerstine Nathaniel Matheny in Osceola, Florida in March 1960.

Celerstine died April 23, 1973 in Jacksonville, FL and was buried in Alabama. I don't know if they were still married at the time of his death or not.

If anyone has any information on Mildred Rosetta Dinkins, I would greatly appreciate it. I am particularly interested in whether or not Celerstine and Mildred had any children.
