Well a quick look at the SSDI indicates the following, and that is IF this is the correct James M. Talley.
6 Sep 1919 date of birth
12 Nov 1993 date of death
Daytona Beach, Volusia, Florida last known residence, or where his last SS check PRIOR to death was sent
SS# issued in Indiana.
A little more information might be helpfuk, such as date and location of birth.
You might want to check out the Pasco County website at http://www.rootsweb.com/~flpasco/index.html. The Dade City Cemetery has been transcribed and is posted as well as many other cemeteries in Pasco County.
