LILLY, RONALD HOWARD, 51, of Spring Hill, died Monday (Aug. 31, 1998) at home. Born in Welch, W.Va., he came here 35 years ago from Bluefield, W.Va. He was a retired heavy equipment operator in the construction industry, a veteran of the Vietnam War, and a member of Full Gospel Assembly of God Church, Spring Hill. Survivors include his wife, Loveta; three daughters, Carol Yohn, Chipley, Karen Peterman, Lacoochee, and Christina Garton, New Port Richey; two brothers, Randy Lilly, Oviedo, and David Clark, Huntsville, Ala.; a sister, Pamela Beyson, Largo; and 10 grandchildren. Robert and Son Cremation Services, Spring Hill/Brooksville.
