According to the Master Index there was a S. D. Taunton who married Rebecca Drake Sept 19, 1881 in Washington County. Also a Simeon Taunton buried in Ebro Cemetery in Washington County, born Jan. 7, 1851 died Oct. 7, 1899. This is all I found. It looks like it could be them.
