Moss Hill Church and Cemetery is located approximately three miles SE of Vernon on Highway 279 (aka the Greenhead Road). The church and cemetery are on the right if you are traveling from Vernon and in plain view from the Road. The tombstone surveys which are posted does not show a marker for Mr. Russ. This is one of the oldest cemeteries in the area and contains many graves without readable markers.
