I am not sure whether they all emigrated or not. I found out recently from Brigid Gleeson Flahavan's homestead record that she said they did go to New York State first, probably sometime in the 1840's. The records from St. Mary's in Dungarvan were lookups that the Heritage Center did for me, so I can't be certain that there isn't more information there. But, since there were no Flahavan's that were actually sponsors at the baptisms, only Gleesons and a few other names, I am thinking that the Flahavans are probably from a neighboring parish/area.
