You can check Griffiths Valuation Index CD ROM from Family Tree Maker which many County History centers have if you don't already have it. The Flahavens with whom I am familiar came from county Kerry, Parish Aghavallen, townland Aghanagran. given their ages I would suspect you will find Robert somewhere in that mix. You could also go online to familytreemaker.com and enter his name in their search box. I assume you are aware that Flahavan and Flahaven are just variations on the same name. Look for Quinns and Flahavans living in the same area in Ireland. Another possibility is to go online to the Valuation Office(http://www.valoff.ie)in Ireland. They provide you with additional information once you have narrowed your search to a townland.Hope this helps.
