Hi Kevin,
Sorry to say I do not have any O'Briens in my family tree as of now and while I have a Thomas Flahive who married Mary Landers, born 1853 in Ballinahunt, I have no information on her Landers family.
You might try your luck at www.irishgenealogy.ie , a free sight for Roman Catholic vital records which has recently been made available. If you search on Obrien and Flemingtown you will get what appears to be one family, and if you search on Obrien and Kerry you will a huge number.
I suggest you use the Roman Catholic Diocese Website to find the Catholic Parish that includes Flemingtown and then search the irishgenealogy.ie website using obrien and the Catholic Parish name as the location. That may help narrow it down.
County Kerry's Waterlily site is also excellent to get started on civil and catholic parishes. It has a wealth of information.
Good luck,
Mary
