I am looking for slave records on Flake/Flakes from Mississipi. I am looking for Wiley Henry Flakes and his wife Virgie Mary Mabry who lived in Plantersville, Lee COunty, MS. Since they are black, it is hard to find them, except their marriage recording in the Family Tree Maker Marriage Index of MS. I know Wiley was a sharecopper and raised 13 children. I only know Clinton Flakes, my g-uncle who is over 100 years and I knew Nettie Flakes, my g-aunt and my grandmother Emma Nancy Elizabeth Flakes.

Any recordings you have of the Flake/Flakes please contact me.
