Lorene,
Yes, this is the same Samuel Flake my husband descended from. I always love to fine more relatives. Elijah Flake was my husband's great great great grandfather. My husband is the youngest of his dad's children. His oldest brother will be 50 this year, and he will be 32 on the 24th. I have a book compiled by Osmer Flake that tells about James Madison, if you do not already have it I would happily send the information on to you. Well, I hope you will e-mail me again, and I will let you know more about my family, and I would like to know more about your family. Take Care!
Tracey Flake
