John Flake, Jefferson Co., New York in 1880 Census

I am curious about John Flake, age 54, who is list in the 1880 Census at Cupetincent, Jefferson Co., New York. I couldn't make out all of the letters on the name of the village so that may be wrong. Anyway, he is listed with his daughter, Catharine, age 18.

Re: He is two years younger than our Catharine Flake Schram and he has a daughter with the first same name.

He lists his birth place as Canada as well as his parents birht place as Canada. So the place is right.

Does any one have any other information on him?
