My cousin says he doesn't post online anymore, but he'd email with you about his efforts to prove or disprove this. I believe both he and the other cousin who has done a lot of research in this area are only willing to say for sure that William and Mary/Polly were the parents of our George.
We all think that William was a Rev Soldier, and that Lucy was their daughter (and that there were probably more children), but so far, no one has turned up verifiable proof.
