I just saw your messages and thought this might help. My great-great grandmother was Harriet Fleegle She was married to Daniel Custer who died in the civil war. There is a large line of fleegles in southeastern pennsylvania(Somerset County). I've heard there is a book published about the fleegle name. I hope this helps. P.S. some times the name is spelled Flegle.
