There is a photo of a document on http://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htm (use the surname search)which begins by reciting that in 1835 Jon Fleet mortgaged property in Fallybroome, Cheshire, to Martha Hayman for £800.
Martha Hayman died in January 1846 having appointed Joseph Beswick and George Barton as her Executors. There is, however, an explanation that her great nephew Samuel Dean is her nearest surviving relative and heir.
