My mom and I had been trying to get info on her mother's mother's side for years.
My Great Grandmother's name was Adella FLEET.
Adella and Charles Edward BLAKELEY were married in Michigan in 1897. I had found More info on him somewhere on a Michigan history site.
His parents were Dr. Russell Lysander BLAKELY and Christina GROVER. They had moved from New York to Michigan, where all their children were born and they both died.
On your web page for the FLEET family, you stated that Adella and Charles had two issues. I don't know about my grandmother's siblings, I'll get in touch with my mom by mail and have her send me the info I left at her home. I would be glad to share the info with you to add to your web site.
Would you please let me know where you got the info of Adella's father being Robert FLEET and her mother as Anna Belle LEE (only info provided except marriage 19 May 1858 St. Mary's CANADA). The only thing I've found on FamilySearch had different dates and the wife's middle name as Bill. Also, if you have any other info on either of their parents (have his father's & mother's names only).
It was really nice to find your family tree work. Of my 16 gg grandparents, I have only the RECTORs and GROVERs. Both are maternal g grandmothers. I'm having a heck of a time with my father's side (STUART/MCMURRAY).
