I was just in Calaveras County looking at the pioneer cemetaries. Which town is Louisa buried in? I do know that Joseph H. Flickinger was a prominent person in Santa Clara County (San Jose, California)not far away. I would look at a Calaveras census under her married name. I seem to recall a large Siegler plot either in San Andreas, Murphys or Angels Camp. There is an article about Joseph H. Flickinger in the California Historical Quarterly:
