James C. Flora, Co. C, 4th MI Infantry

Does anyone have ANY information on James C. Flora (Flera) who served in Co. C, 4th Michigan Infantry during the Civil War? He was severly wounded in the battle of Gettysburg on Jul 2, 1863 and I believe him to be my gr-great grandfather but haven't been able to prove beyond a doubt.

I've sent to NARA for pension records, but after 6 months have still not received them.

My James Flora lived in Amber Twnship, Mason Cty, MI and died there in 1877. First wife was Paulina Briggs (married in IN) and second wife was Ellen Gonder. If any of the names sound familiar - or if you can help me find some data on this - please let me know.

Thanks so much!
