D. C. WHITE of Lamoni is holding a series of meetings at the schoolhouse.
The river is out of its banks owing to a gorge of ice which fills the channel for miles.
C. H. HARP of Leon spent Sunday with his parents at this place.
Mrs. Jane BOEGER is suffering with rheumatism, affecting her right arm.
Marion BRENIZER is going to move to his farm the first of March.
Ollie FETTY will move on the farm he leaves, having rented it for this year.
Fred HAMPTON spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. DOBOZY.
Estella MANCHESTER is working for C. R. BOEGER's during his wife illness.
G. W. ROOK was transacting business in Leon, Tuesday.
Lizzie MCDANIEL is on the sick list, suffering from la grippe.
Kay HARP and J. G. FLORA were in Davis City, Saturday.
