FLORA, John of Hartsville, IN, 1860-70's

Seeking information about my maternal g,g,grandfather born PA, m. Amanda LENTZ ca 1832, in Union Co., IN, then 1850, Harrison Co., IN as "United Brethren Minister" with 6 kids (3 each sex), then Bartholomew, IN, 1860, "carpenter", & only my g,grandfather John Andrew, wife died 1861, all 6 kids to MO or KS by 1863, reportedly died 1867, BUT 1870 census, "farmer" w/ 2nd wife, wealthy, twice married, Sarah MOBLEY (Fix, 1849 Crisler, 1857), raising a 2nd family, died pre-1880.

Possibility of two John FLORA's in area????, two existed in 1810,Lancaster Co., PA.

Judge Nelson Case's, of Labette KS, 1901 very extensive book has a bio on John Alexander (sic-Andrew) FLORA,, with info contrary to the census and other records we find.

John Andrew FLORA; schooling at Hartsville University (a Brethren created school in 1850), serving U.S.Army, has NO record of such, his father died 1867, but --- 1870 census shows him with 2nd wife & 2nd family in Haw Creek Twp., Bartholomew Co., IN, reportedly NO listing of a FLORA tombstone reading by Co., Clk's. genealogist.

Sure need your help in my effort to build a Family Tree.
