Neysa:

Not sure if you got the e-mail. I found two more of John and Christina FRY Flora/Florer/Floorer's daughters in the 1850 census.

Regarding Sarah's children: I believe that Sidney Marvin Merril was the eldest (born 1881). He eventually settled in LA. I have no idea why his last name is changed, only that he was a son of this couple supposedly. Ernest and Anna both married and migrated to Nebraska and Iowa respectively I believe. Lastly, there was a Chet Hook (Charles Jr.?) who claimed this group. I assume he would be child #4. My Dad said he was in Gotebo, OK when he knew him in the 30's but I haven't seen him in census listings there.

I'm hoping that someone with knowledge of this line can fill in the blanks..If you come across any clues while searching, please let me know. Thanks!
