Florey Warranty deed - heirs of Daniel of Moultrie County

Here is a warranty deed of Florey et al to Morrison. The deed lists the heirs of Daniel Florey of Moultrie County Illinois
This Indenture witnesseth, that the grantors Susan Florey, widow, Mary J. Goodpasture, widow, Lucius Florey & Harriet his wife, Alonzo Florey & Mary A. his wife, Ann Goodpasture, widow, Eva E. Chapman & Andrew, her husband & David Florey & Sarah J. his wife, Harvey L. Stookey & Stookey, his wife, of the town of Lovington in the County of Moultrie and state of Illinois, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen hundred dollars in hand paid convey and warrants to James Morrison of the Town of Lovington, County of Moultrie and state of Illinois, the following described real estate to wit: North East Quarter of the North East Quarter of section thirty six (36) Township 15 North Range four (4) East of the 3rd P.M.
The Grantors herein warrant that they are the widow and only heirs of Daniel Florey deceased, that they are all of full age, the youngest one being 39 years old - situated in the County of Moultrie in the state of Illinois hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead Exemption Laws of the state.

Dated this 23rd day of February A.D. 1889
