I truly apologize for leaving "trash" messages on this forum. Some of the questions posted for the state of Florida were from me. In my efforts to help a friend locate a family member, I did not notice the top of the board. I had simply typed in "Florida" and posted a message as I had done for her on several other boards. I was trying any board that came to mind that night. As for your question, actually my research skills are very good. Since this past spring, I have located three of my husband's relatives. Their line had been divided from the family for over eighty years with no contact. I have also helped a thirty year old adopted friend locate her birth parents. It felt wonderful to see her excitement at meeting them and finding out that she has two full blood brothers.

Once again I apologize, but cheap shots at the people who make an honest mistake are not very thoughtful. Most of the people that I have made contact with through Genforum over the past several months have been truly a blessing and very kind, helpful and professional. I wish you had simply notified me of my mistake instead of letting me accidentally "find" it when I was sent back to the same forum by once again typing in "Florida". Sorry, but I promise my mistake is no reflection on my ability or my intelligence.
