I checked the 1920 Census for FL and found a single man named Daniel B. Wise living in New Augustine, St Johns County, FL and he was single and 54 years old. In the house with him was a single man who was about 20 years old but the young name was from IL and not from Greece.

His names appeared to be Peter Jones.

Daniel B. Wise was a mariner which meant he could be doing some fishing. Does this sound like your Beauregard?
