Sorry.I forgot to answer your questions. No, I don't have any info on where James was born or where Thomas is buried.Antioch Cemetery in Angerona, WV would be a good guess since several other family members are buried there, including Jackson Smith and Lulah Flowers.Angerona is just a wide place in the road near Cottageville. We visited the Antioch Cemetery and have photos of the church, cemetery, and Jackson and Lulah's gravestones.Unfortunately, we had not started on genealogy at that time, and weren't smart enough to record names from the other gravestones.Email me if you would like copies of any of the photos.
I still have some time left on my free GenealogyLibrary.com membership and found Thomas and Emily on an image of the 1850 Census for Jackson County, Virginia. It's very hard to read, but shows:
Thomas Flowers, age 30.
Emily Flowers, age looks more like 20 but could be 30.
Thomas J., age looks like 3 but could be 5.
Annie M., age 2
Do you have any info on Annie?
It will be a couple of months at least before I can get back to the LDS Family History Center here in Mesa to check any of the other census years.Have you checked any of the censuses for Thomas and Emily or Emma?
