I am also looking for more info on this Moses. I have the same information that you have. The only thing that I could add is this, which is puzzling. Our Flowers family in Greene County, PA, had a Moses in it. Here are a couple of tax lists that include him:
TAX LISTS:
Greene Twp., Greene Co., PA
1800
List of Single men: John Flowers, Moses (spelling?) Flowers
1801:
David Flowers100 acres, 50 cleared, 2 cabins, 2 horses, 2 cows,TV= 237
Thomas Flowers100 acres, 50 cleared, 2 cabins, 1 cow, TV= 179.
Moses Flowers1 cow,TV= 7.
Aaron Flowers1 cabin, 2 horses, 3 cows, TV= 27.
List of Singlemen: John Flowers
Moses is only in these two tax lists, but he must be part of this family. I just don't know if he could be the same as the Moses who was in the poor house in Chartiers and in Allegheny County. Moses is uncommon among the Flowerses. I found another Moses in later (about 1830's) records of Washington County, Ohio. I could not place him. If you find more, would be interested. Thanks.
