Maternal DNA - Flowers
Posted by: Bob Tindall (ID *****3945) Date: October 05, 2011 at 22:13:29

I recently learned that my maternal DNA was H3a. That DNA seems to have spread some 15,000 years ago from the region now known as Spain. I bring up my maternal DNA here because I know my maternal line back to my GGG-grandmother, Mary Ann Flowers, b. 1/16/1808, m. Levi Dungan Boileau in Attleboro PA on 12/13/1827. They had 11 children, but only 5 survived childhood. I know this information helps no one pin down ancestors, but I hope someone may find it interesting.
