I have several pages of info on him from census and church records. Email me at johnowamp@aol.com, and I will send this info to you. Do you by any chance have a picture of him? We are collecting info for our church archives. We had this in the church history we published:
1844-1845       Ohio       Pardon Cooke & John W. Flowers
Rev. John Flowers was admitted on trial to the Pittsburgh Conference in 1840 and received full membership 1842 Deacon, 1842 and Elder, 1844. He transferred to the Rock River Conference in 1850 and to the Missouri Conference in 1866, and he died in May 1869. (Page 297)
