Thank you for the information, I am particularly interested in this family tree. My great-great-grandmother was Elizabeth Fluke daughter of Peter Fluke. She was born in 1800 in Botetourt County. She married Jacob Stair and moved to Indiana in the 1830's. Their daughter Susanna Stair was the first child of European descent born in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, (where Purdue University is today). Elizabeth Fluke Stair died shortly after the birth of Susanna. Susanna Stair married Nathaniel Jennings Barmore, and lived her life in Illinois. She lived until 1921 and was remembered by my mother. Are there still Fluke (Flooks) in Botetourt County Virginia?
