In 1980 I ran across information in an old issue of FAMILY PUZZLERS, #323, 12-27-1973, submitted by Mrs. C. G. Darden of Sylacauga, AL who had the Owen FLUKER Bible. At the same time I was corresponding with a lady in Birmingham who had driven to Sylacauga to see the Bible. She is the one who sent me a copy. The FAMILY PUZZLERS query also gives the Isaac FLUKER Bible information. Evidently the Owen FLUKER Bible had ended up in Sylacauga among the possessions of Isaac's son, Jabez P. FLUKER. If you are interested in copies, please email me your address.
I am descended from John FLUKER, son of Owen FLUKER. John FLUKER's daughter, Sarah FLUKER, married Joseph BEAVERS. Do you have any information on John FLUKER?
Do you know the name of Owen FLUKER's wife? I believe she may have been Sarah COANE, but I cannot prove it. John COANE left a will in Northumberland Co., VA, 1761, which names a daughter, Sarah FLUKER.
