James Fogarty did have a brother Thomas but he married someone named Margaret and they lived in the East Falls section of Phila. They had 3 children....James,John L. and Ellen none of whom ever married.The time period (about 1827 or so) is about right but i think it must be another Thomas, perhaps a relative. Thanks for the followup.
