Hi Charles,
Ireland is divided up into 4 provinces; Munster, Leinster, Connacht & Ulster. Leinster is in east of the country, no where near Tipperary (country and town), which is in Munster. I think that Tipperary would be the correct one, as the Fogarty's seat (for want of a better word) is in Tipperary, with castle Fogarty there. Nowadays, it is a ruin of a castle.
