Hi researchers,

Since there is a flag by George W. FOGG's tombstone, could he have served in the CIVIL WAR from New Hampshire? He is not listed in the ROSTER OF VERMONTERS WHO SERVED IN THE CIVIL WAR 1861-1865.

THANKS :) to Bev L. for taking the photos of the tombstones of George W. FOGG [d. 7 April 1883 at age 72 years 2 months] and his wife, Minerva A. FOGG [d. 12 March 1886 at age 71 years 8 months] in Quechee, Windsor Co, VT.

George W. and Minerva A. FOGG were my 3 great grand aunt and uncle, the parents of George E. FOGG, Vermont CIVIL WAR soldier, Maria FOGG, b. ca 1840 and Lucia FOGG b. ca 1841 married William SMITH of Monroe Twp, Daviess Co., Missouri [MO].

THANKS in advance,
Jan in VT <jnrose@webtv.net>
