I was able to find this info: hope it helps

Phyllis Osborne Whitten, "Samuel Fogg 1628-1672, His Ancestors and Descendants", (1976), George Ebenezer Fogg is #3470 in Whitten's book. He was born Mar. 18, 1845. The book says in "Hartford Ctre., Vt." He died March 19, 1898 in "Hartford/Quechee, Vt." He was married to Alice Lavonia Brown on Nov. 28 or 29, 1865. She was born July 21, 1844 in "Benson/Mendon, Vt." She died Dec. 2, 1916 in Eden, Vermont. She was the daughter of William and Deborah Brown.

There are three short paragraphs in Whitten's book about him. They say he served in the Civil War and was entered into a mental institution on June 4, 1886. (Sounds to me like post-traumatic stress disorder, but I could be wrong.)

The chidren listed are:
William Brown, Addie Louise who married Cyrus D. Webster, Franklin Arthur, Henry Brandon, Bertha Elvira, Horace Gay Wood twin of Noyes Gay Wood, Lucia Minerva, and Alice Maria.

George is the 8th generation from Samuel the immigrant. His ancesry as follows: (George Ebenezer-8, George W.-7, Ebenezer-6, Samuel-5, Phineas-4, Samuel-3, Seth-2, Samuel-1.)
