I see a marriage between Joseph A Fogg of Orland, ME, and Lillian Bonzey of Bucksport. ME, on 23 Feb 1896.
The 1900 census shows Joseph (26), Lillian (28), son Charles H. Fogg (3) in Bucksport.
The 1910 census shows a 13 year old Charles H. Fogg living in Bucksport with his grandparents Charles D and Mary M Borney (?) and their son Arthur.
In 1920 the census shows Joseph A Fogg (48), Lillian M Fogg (48), and Charles H. Fogg (24) in Camden, Maine. The listing is a little strange. At 43 Washington St, William Barker is head, Rita Barker is head, and Joseph Fogg is also head. This is immediately followed by 47 Washington St, where Lillian Fogg (recorded as a male) is head and Charles is her son.
From Maine Marriages we have Charles H Fogg marrying Frances L Fish on 29 May 1926 in Camden.
In 1930 there was a Joseph (57) and Lillian (58) Fogg living in Camden with Joseph's mother Arvella Fogg (78). A few doors down the street is a Charles Fogg (33) with wife Frances (23), son Gilbert (2 11/12), and daughter Mary (1 5/12).
(The Fogg I'm interested in is Elizabeth Fogg who married Charles Bearce 19 March 1795.)
