Phyllis O. Whitten's book, "Samuel Fogg 1628-1672" (http://genforum.genealogy.com/cgi-bin/pageload.cgi?whitten::fogg::775.html) lists your Susan on page 436.

The listing says

That means that she was the daughter of the Jonathan Fogg who was the son of the John Fogg who was the son of the Jonathon Fogg who was the son of the John Fogg who was the son of the Daniel Fogg who was the son of the Samuel Fogg of the title of the book.

Her father's listing has more details:

He was a travelling shoemaker, making and remaking shoes while his wife did spinning for people. They lived in Burlington, Me. for many years. In 1850 Rachel and Joseph lived with Thomas (71) and Eliza Page (67) (the great-grandparents of Stewart Lord, Town Clerk of Burlington,Me.) and Sophronia lived with the Tristam Hurd family in Burlington.

I'll refer you to the book for earlier generations. Whitten concentrates on people bearing the Fogg name, so she doesn't report on Susan's children beyond the first two.

For Susan's subsequent adventures, I can get you started with a little US census data. The 1860 census, as abstracted by Ancestry.com, finds this family in Lowell, Penobscot County, Maine:
Name        Age
Joseph W Chapman        38
Sarah F Chapman        33 [I expect that's actually your Susan]
Amanda J Chapman        15
Almira A Chapman        10
John M Chapman        8
Eddy J Chapman        6
Richard E Chapman        2
Maria H Chapman        5/12

The 1870 census, again as abstracted by Ancestry.com, finds in Veazie, Penobscot County, Maine:
Name        Age
Joseph W Chapman        49
Susan Chapman        43
Almira Chapman        20
John M Chapman        18
Edward Chapman        16
Maria H Chapman        10
William J Chapman        4
Samuel Chapman        1

The 1880 census, Ellsworth, Hancock County, Maine:
Name        Age
Joseph W. Chapman        59
Susan F. Chapman        53
Myra H. Oaks        20 [daughter, presumably AKA Maria]
John H. Oaks        25
Annie Chapman        30
John M. Chapman        28
William J. Chapman        14
Samuel S. Chapman        12
