There is a very useful CD which contains images of all the pages of a 1717-page book called "SAMUEL FOGG 1628-1672
HIS ANCESTORS AND DESCENDANTS", by Phyllis O. Whitten.

It costs $30, but it has such an incredible amount of information that I highly recommend it to anyone named Fogg. (My only association with the book/CD is owning a copy of the CD.)

You yourself actually show up in the book, Robin, along with your
father Normal Wendell Fogg
grandfather Wendell George Fogg
ggrandfather Horace Gay Wood Fogg
gggrandfather George Ebenezer Fogg
ggggrandfather George W. Fogg
gggggrandfather Ebenezer Fogg
ggggggrandfather Samuel Fogg
gggggggrandfather Phineas Fogg
ggggggggrandfather Samuel Fogg
gggggggggrandfather Seth Fogg
ggggggggggrandfather Samuel Fogg

There are birth, marriage, and death dates and places. Spouses. A few notes about most people and extensive notes on others. You can see a sample of the type of information in another note I posted recently http://genforum.genealogy.com/fogg/messages/829.html.
