Albert B. Fogg and Mary Jane "Mollie" Haltom were married 21 Mar 1878 in Madison County, TN.

In the 1880 Census for Madison County, TN Bert and his wife are listed along with newborn son Robert (b. 1879)

In the 1900 Census Robert is missing from the household (moved out/dead?). Mollie is not listed in the household but Bert is still shown as married. The children listed are:

(f) Nina E (Jul 1881)
(f) Leola E (Sep 1883)
(f) Lizz M (Dec 1885)
(f) Crolena D (Feb 1888)
(m) Neal (Mar 1892)
(f) Annie G (Apr 1893)
(m) Joseph W (Sep 1895)
(f) Sallie L (Jan 1890)

Bert was the child of Joseph Fogg (1803-1859) and his second wife Mary Louise Sledge. They were married in 1848 in Madison. Joseph was born in Culpeper Co., VA and first shows up in the Madison census in 1840.

Hope that helps!
