The image of their Danvers, MA, marriage record lists her parents as "Joshua & Clara Day." Although Clara's maiden name may be an error in the record, and the circumstantial evidence is otherwise close to overwhelming that she is the daughter of Joshua Veazie b Braintree, MA d Quincy, MA, m1 Elizabeth Adams, m2 Clarissa (nee Joscelyn) Wentworth, does anyone have any document references that might provide additional info on Phebe's family?
It may be that both parents (Joshua & Clarissa) may have been dec'd and Phebe didn't know her mother's maiden name(Sprague has Clarissa d 1867 but I haven't visited the cemetery he references, nor can I find other documentation for Clarissa's death date), those marriage records seem to be fairly accurate.
