I'm still looking for parents of my Jacob,b 1798, OH., married Nancy Simmons in 1823, Rush Co., IN? The Jacob I find in Ohio was born 1802-3, son of Christian and Barbara Rhinebarger. I have connected my Jacob to Barbara and her 2nd husband,John Heiser (Hiser). I'm just not sure how he fits unless his birthdate in the 1850 census is wrong. His father may be Christian, Barbara's first husband who died in 1807, but I find that Jacob was born 1802 or his father may be Christian's brother, George. Can you straighten any of this out? Janice Stafford
