I ran your German through a translator and got this:
The first VOGELGESANG (bird singing) in BLIESGAU... by Bernd the Golzer of the six America emigrants named Vogelgesang, (without specification of a place of origin) between 1741 and 1773 in the passenger and Huldigungslistein of Philadelphia) to be appeared, three after birth place of origin be identified; Simon V. from MIMBACH (acting like brook), arrival 23.09.1741 with ship No. 82 " Marlborough "
Did you copy the word "Huldigungslistein" correctly? It didn't translate. I think it may have meant some kind of list.
