Allen,
That is possible. I don't know where in NY the Foleys were when they had their children. I don't know what happened to Mary and her husband. He was from Illinois too, but no evidence of them after their marriage. I also do not know what happened to Johanna Norris Foley, as the cemetery lot has only Richard in it, and supposedly he is the only Foley in the cemetery. They had trouble with finding the lots by Richard, do not know where they are, or who is in them. Thomas McDonough's parents are next to Richard Foley in the cemetery, so it would seem that someone in the family would be there, but no such luck. Richard's youngest son, Richard who was born in 1876 in Wilmington is buried in Elwood, Illinois, he died in 1930, and his obit mentions one brother, Morris, he was the second child and he was born in NY in 1861. I know nothing of him. Actually, there are several Morris Foley's in the Wilmington area at the same time, and I cannot find any connection!
