My great grandmother from Ireland was Bridgette Marie Foley and her father was Timothy Foley, as was her brother. She married Thomas McGovern. They lived in Great Neck, LI, NY. They were both immigrants. I'm pretty sure he was from Northern Ireland, but I'm uncertain about her. My cousin found a record, and I don't have it handy, but it shows her brother and I believe a sister coming to visit her, and lists the father's name. If you want more info, I can pull my book out and try to find it. Just email me. Also, please let me know if you have any connections that will help me.
