Hi everyone,
Looking for family of Elizabeth Foley who married Henry Blackler 1866 in Liverpool england. Elizabeth's father was Patrick (very common name) think she may have had a sister Mary.

Know that she was either from Wexford City, or anywhere in County Wexford. Spoke with a chap when I was in Bunratty a few weeks ago and his feeling was she may have come from Wexford City, so I am starting there.

Don't know when she went to England but suspect it was during the famine. How they crossed to Liverpool is another problem, was it by Ferry (no passenger list would be available for this) or an actual emmigration ship, and upon reaching Liverpool decided to stay rather than go to the Amerrica's.

I know this is very little to go on but someone may have some ideas as to how to proceed.

Thank you for your time.

Rosemary Folco (Canada)
