George Folk was born in 1808 in Adams Co., PA. He married Catherine Ruch around 1832. By 1837 they are in Butler co., Ohio where they spent the rest of their lives. Looking for living descendants to share info with. They had 8 children and only a couple remained in Middletown, Ohio.
Lucinda md a Sutphin and stayed in Middletown; Cecelia md. an Olden; they lived in Buffalo for awhile, but returned to Middletown. Elizabeth md. an Edson and stayed in Middletown; Elias Folk moved to Warren Co.,Ohio; George, Jr and Charles went to Miami Co., Ohio; Peter Folk went to Kansas and Gus Folk went to Cincinnati.
