SEABROOK - Curtis W. Follansbee, 91, of 49 Page's Lane, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at the Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood.

He was born Aug. 4, 1913, in Seabrook the son of the late Ruben L. and L. Emogene (Bragg) Follansbee and was a lifelong resident of Seabrook.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II serving 44 months in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Follansbee worked many years as a carpenter and painter.

He was a member of the Raymond E. Walton American Legion Post 70 of Seabrook and enjoyed hunting and fishing, working in his garden and having yard sales.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Florence M. (Davis) Follansbee of Seabrook; one sister, Hazel Follansbee of Seabrook; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery, Seabrook.

Arrangements are by the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, Hampton.
