Louise's obit said she was a secretary and lived at Canemah Oregon for many years. Camenah was annexed into Oregon City. The Camaneh Cemetery which is online has a Louise FolleMsbee 1857-1887 and a Lulu A FolleMsbee 1872-1891. The dates don't match the Louise and Lulu who were step daughter's of Horatio Follensbee though, in same plot 5. Also Louise's mother Rosalie/Rosalia second marriage was to Josiah Martin who can be found in Camenah/Oregon City census reports.
The cemetery has a "Rosalie Martin, b 24 May 1897, died 1951, Row J Plot 5, wife of J." But no J Martin is listed as being there.
A Wm Martin 1864-1896 and a Clara Martin 1873-1930 are buried there too in same plot, J, Row 4.
I believe Louise died in 1951 and Rosalie before 1900 so the dates may have been mixed up.
If this is too confusing you can Google search the Camaneh Cemetery in Oregon.
