According to the Genealogy of NH vol V: Thomas (#4), b. 1730, son of Thomas & Hannah (March) Follansbee, lived in Danville (which was formerly Hawke), married Martha Collins 4/19/1770 Danville, and moved to Weare, NH. He married 1st Mary Choate, according to the Descendants of Caleb Moody.

Thomas (#3) who m. Hannah March 5 Jan 1715-16, was b. 28 Mar 1697 Newbury, MA, son of Thomas & Abigail Bond) Follansbee, and he d. 10 Jun 1755 and buried in Bridge St Cemetery, West Newbury.

Thomas' father was Thomas (#2) b. 1674 Newbury, m. 19 Jun 1694 Abigail Bond & m. 18 Feb 1734-5 Mary Webster (who first m. Thomas Bancroft); he d. 10 Jun 1755 Newbury & buried in Bridge St Cemetery, West Newbury. His death record gives his parents as Thomas & Sarah.

Thomas' father was Thomas (#1) who b. England, m. 1st Mary, 2nd Sarah, and 3rd Jane Mosemore. Presumably he built a house in 1677 in what is now West Newbury, at 262 Main Street.
