I find the following family in the 1850 census for Bow, NH: Thomas, 72, b. NH; Susan, 66, b. NH; Thomas, 29, b. NH; Noble, 26, b. NH; Dudley, 22, b. NH. I would guess this is Sally's parents and brothers. This Thomas aged 72 would have been born about 1778, perhaps grandson of Thomas Follansbee who died 18 Mar 1814 aged 86 yr (Newburyport, MA vital records). The Genealogical Dictionary of ME and NH, vol. IV, p. 1844, says Samuel, Thomas' son, was b. 1760 in Weare, but that doesn't fit too well with Thomas of Newburyport's other children. According to Newbury, MA vital records, his children were: Ebenezer, Elizabeth b. 1754 Newbury, Mary bapt. 1757 Newbury, Thomas bapt 1758 Newbury, Hannah bapt 1760 Newbury, Robert b. 1769 Newbury. An interesting puzzle...
