This is a long shot, but maybe someone else will be able to fill in the blanks: My ancestors include a John Follansbee (d.o.b. unknown), who married Mary A. Reed and had a daughter, Mary Ellen Follansbee, born in 1859 in Amherst, NH. The ages (and the NH connection) make it possible that this John is the son of Parker and Sally. If so, I have info on Mary Ellen Follansbee's descendents.
