Hi Arthur, Your entire line fits perfectly into my database. Except I haven't gotten past 1900 yet. Still filling in 1800-1899. Gratus breaks from your line a long way back. Benjamin Doutee Follett (Jr.) married first Hannah Woodward before Ester Robinson. He had 10 children by her, one of which was the Revolutionary war hero Eliphalet Follett, and another was a William Follett born 1745. William left no record of himself in Windham Connecticut as he married in a neighboring county to a Lois Burnham and moved immediately to Pittstown New York. William had 10 children (give or take), one of whom was Captain John Follett born 1772, married Sarah "Sally" Unknown and supposedly had 9 sons and one daughter according to the above story (beginning blog). I have yet to verify who all the sons are as there are many Follett sons in Rensselear, New York at the time, but I have several listed and Gratus is one of them. He was a farmer who eventually settled in Ohio and died there. He married Mary Hunter and had 5 children. I am also working on unrelated lines of Follett from Maine and New Hampshire as well as Folliott.
